Fire & smoke damage

After a fire, the damage keeps going. Soot settles, smoke odor soaks into everything, and the water used to put it out starts problems of its own. We secure the building, clear what can’t be saved and clean what can, with progress reports every step of the way.

Questions

People ask us

When can I go back inside?

Only once the fire department says it’s safe. When you do, don’t turn on the heat or air conditioning: it can push soot through the ducts and into rooms the fire never reached.

Can the smoke smell really be removed?

Smoke odor lives in porous materials, so it takes more than air freshener. We clean surfaces, remove what’s too far gone and deodorize what stays.
