Air movers and a dehumidifier drying a flooded basement

Water damage & flooding

Standing water can lead to mold growth within 24 to 48 hours, so the clock starts the moment you find it. We extract the water, open up what’s soaked and run drying equipment until the readings say it’s dry, not just until it looks dry.

Questions

People ask us

Should I wait for my adjuster before calling you?

No. Insurance policies expect you to take reasonable steps to stop further damage, and drying can’t wait. Take photos, then call us. We document everything for the claim as we work.

How long does drying take?

It depends on how much water there was, what got wet and how long it sat. We take moisture readings as the job goes and only pull the equipment once the materials are actually dry.
