Featured job · Roof & interior

A stone church needed its roof sealed and its damaged ceilings and walls opened up. We tarped the roof from above, wrapped the pews in plastic, took out the damaged plaster and lath, and hauled the debris away.

Questions

Good to know.

Anything else, just call. We’re happy to talk it through, even if you’re not sure you need us yet.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes. Fire, water and storm damage don’t keep business hours, and neither does our emergency line. Call (215) 395-9978 at any hour.

Where do you work?

Philadelphia and the surrounding area, plus New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and New York. We’ve handled emergency work as far away as Washington, DC. Call and ask.

Do you bill insurance directly?

Yes. We can bill your insurance provider directly, and we document everything your claim needs.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes, on residential and commercial properties alike: houses, row homes, offices, churches and lodges.

Why does it matter how fast I call?

Standing water can lead to mold within 24 to 48 hours, open roofs let in the next rain, and your policy expects you to prevent further loss. It’s better to tackle these problems sooner rather than later.

How long does water damage restoration take?

It depends on how much water there was, what got wet and how long it sat. The water comes out first; drying takes as long as the moisture readings say it takes, and repairs come after that. We’ll tell you what we’re seeing as we go.

How much does restoration cost?

It depends on the damage, so we look before we quote. Our pricing is competitive, we can bill your insurance provider directly, and we’ll break the costs down in a way that’s easy to understand.

Are you licensed, insured and certified?

Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured (Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor PA194333), certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), certified for mold remediation and OSHA compliant.
